P.S. Note on this week's post
"Why Vietnamese coffee is so different" by Brian of Postcards from Vietnam
Greetings,
I hope by now you are all set up to be enjoying nice rich cups of Vietnamese brewed coffee!
Thursday’s post was sent a little earlier than I’d planned (watch out for those automated settings!) and without the introduction I’d wanted to include.
The story was a cross-post from fellow Substack writer, Brian, who writes Postcards from Vietnam.
His writings are motivated by a mission to show that:
“Vietnam is more than just a trendy soup (Phở) or popular vacation spot. Vietnam is a country filled with kind people who have a deep rich history that deserves attention.”
I think he succeeds most admirably!
If you didn’t see it in your feed, you can find it here (just ignore that pesky little “test” word . . . that was part of the automated fiasco).
Until next time,
Kat
